OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:
Contest will run on BAS Broadcasting radio station, Coast Country 100.9 WMJK.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes.
Any purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
HOW TO ENTER: Contestants will submit pictures of themselves with a Genesee to our website coast1009.com beginning on Wednesday, November 13th 2019. Only one entry per week will be permitted. Contestants must be 21 years of age or older.
CONTEST PERIOD: Contest period begins at 6:00 am EST. Wednesday, November 13th, 2019. Contest deadline is 11:59 am EST. Friday, December 27th, 2019. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all weekly winners on Friday, January 3rd, 2020 at 12:00 pm.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: One (1) weekly winner will receive a Genesee Prize package valued up to $100. One (1) Grand Prize winner will gift card package valued at $1000, consisting of a $500 gift card from Cabela’s and a $500 Sandusky Mall gift card. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein such as for transportation to and from event, parking, alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages, food, merchandise, etc., are solely the responsibility of the prize winner and guests. No alternate dates are available. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsors for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled event.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified via phone call at 12:00 PM EST on Friday, January 3rd, 2019. BAS Broadcasting Ohio/Coast Country 100.9 WMJK personnel will contact the winner within 72 hours to claim their prize.
PRIZE ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all legal residents within the WCPZ listening area at the age of 21 or over, at time of entry.
Photos displaying any activity that is deemed illegal or immoral by BAS Broadcasting will be eliminated from the contest.
Winner must pick up their prize from Coast Country 100.9 WMJK at 1640 Cleveland Road, Sandusky, Ohio 44870. I.D. verification may be needed at time of prize pick-up. In the event we are unable to contact the winner within 14 (Fourteen) business days because of no answer and a full or non-functioning voice mail, and incorrect/non-functioning email address, a secondary winner will be selected.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE: Any portion of any prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated herein, no compensation shall be given. Winner representatives will be solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes, as well as license and registration fees, transportation costs and other items of an incidental nature. The winner agrees to the use of his or her name and likeness in publicity without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this contest, the winner representative acknowledges that BAS Broadcasting, and all other sponsors and venues, have the right to publicize and broadcast each winner representative’s name, voice, and likeness, the fact that he or she won, and all matters incidental thereto. Winner(s) must claim all prizes within thirty (30) days of notification.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW: By entering the Genesee/Coast Country 100.9 WMJK Contest, the recipient is allowing BAS Broadcasting Ohio to use entrant name, location, photos, video, and/or audio on-air and on our websites, Facebook, Twitter or other forms social media sites.
Must be 21 or older to enter.
